Lake Winnisquam Luxury Homes

It has been over six years since any property has sold for over a million dollars on Lake Winnisquam. NOW, in Dec. I had a $1.29 mil. under agreement in under 30 days and now in Jan. there was a $1.19 put under agreement in under 25 days. There are Buyers out there for properties that are priced properly!!!

4th of July in the Lakes Region

Well, we just ended the 4th of July loooong weekend here in the Lakes Region and the volume of people here enjoying themselves was amazing. In the 13 years I've lived here I've never seen it so busy.
 
I had the honor of being very busy showing many different customers the eclectic diversity of second home properties here in the Lakes Region. Truly amazing!!!
